- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- You must contact us before returning any items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Used candles or items that have been lit or altered
- Natural variations in scent, color, or texture due to the handmade nature of our products
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
